6.6-Magnitude Earthquake Strikes Ishikawa Prefecture in Japan, No Tsunami Warning Issued.

Ishikawa: An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.6 hit Ishikawa Prefecture and other central Japanese prefectures, with no tsunami warnings issued.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the epicenter of the earthquake was located at a depth of 7 kilometers. Hokuriku Electric Power Company reported no damage to Ishikawa’s Shika Nuclear Power Station.

There have been no casualties or damages reported as a result of the earthquake so far.
