Marsa Matruh: A 6.24-magnitude earthquake has struck Marsa Matruh in Egypt.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the tremor occurred 499 km north of Marsa Matruh at a depth of 68.91 km.

No casualties or damage have been reported so far.
