6.0-Magnitude Earthquake Hits Eastern Russia

Riyadh: A 6.0-magnitude earthquake struck the Severo-Kurilsky District today in the Kuril Islands, eastern Russia.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the earthquake’s epicenter was located at a depth of 53.4 kilometers, 98 kilometers from Severo-Kurilsk.

No casualties or damage have been reported so far.
