Riyadh: A 5-magnitude earthquake struck the Tarapaca Region, north of Chile.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the earthquake occurred 47 kilometers from the city of La Tirana, at a depth of 104.8 kilometers.

No casualties or damage have been reported so far.
