Riyadh: The Saudi Red Sea Authority (SRSA) organized an internal awareness event in observance of Global Cybersecurity Awareness Month, which is marked every October, with the aim of raising awareness among SRSA employees and promoting a culture of safe and responsible digital practices and data protection.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the comprehensive program began with a pre-assessment of cybersecurity awareness levels, followed by a series of intensive educational sessions that simulated cyberattacks and phishing techniques, while highlighting the latest digital threats and effective prevention methods.

The program also included interactive workshops offering practical guidance on securing email communications, strengthening password protection, and ensuring the safe handling of sensitive data within the digital work environment.
