Riyadh: Saudi Post (SPL) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Riyadh Airports Company and Saudi Ground Services Company on the sidelines of the Hajj Conference and Exhibition, held in Jeddah from November 9 to 12, 2025. The agreement aims to enhance the passenger experience through collaboration in three key areas: service innovation, operational integration, and logistics integration.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the collaboration focuses on developing new solutions for check-in and baggage-handling services outside the airport. This initiative is expected to streamline the process for passengers, reducing wait times and enhancing service efficiency. Additionally, the agreement emphasizes improving coordination and resource sharing between stations and business units to boost operational efficiency.
The logistics integration component of the agreement aims at synchronizing air and ground operations to improve baggage flow, storage, and delivery. This is intended to ensure greater speed and accuracy in service delivery, ultimately benefiting passengers through more efficient and reliable services.
