Jeddah: The Saudi Red Crescent Authority (SRCA) is participating in the fifth edition of the Hajj Conference and Exhibition 2025, organized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in partnership with the Pilgrim Experience Program, from November 9 to 12 in Jeddah. The SRCA’s participation comes through an informational and interactive pavilion showcasing the Authority’s efforts to develop the emergency response system serving the pilgrims.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the pavilion showcases the advanced response mechanisms the SRCA employs to handle emergency calls and manage urgent cases, along with a demonstration of the Medical Dispatch Center’s operations. This demonstration highlights the center’s role in receiving alerts and coordinating the field deployment of emergency teams to ensure rapid response and high-quality service.
Through its participation in the conference, the SRCA emphasizes its commitment to enhancing field and technological readiness. It continuously develops its personnel and services, supporting the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 to build a more efficient and sustainable healthcare sector and improve the quality of life for pilgrims.
