Abu dhabi: The Saudi Arabian Scouts Association continues its participation in the 6th Arab Scout Youth Forum, organized by the Arab Scout Organization – Arab Scout Region, in cooperation with the Emirates Scout Association. The forum runs until November 14 at Yas Conference Centre on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, under the theme ‘Ready for the Digital Life… With Arab Scout Leadership.’
According to Saudi Press Agency, the Saudi delegation has participated in all forum activities held to date, including sessions focused on safeguarding, youth leadership, governance and empowerment, advocacy and representation, and best practices in enabling youth across Scout associations. The program also features sessions on digital transformation, intergenerational dialogue, and cultural visits to Louvre Abu Dhabi and Qasr Al Watan.
The delegation also organized a photo exhibition featuring images documenting the Messengers of Peace initiative, along with highlights of Saudi Scouts’ contributions to serving pilgrims and Umrah performers and to supporting environmental and community initiatives – participation that received wide appreciation from forum participants and visitors.
