Pakistan Condemns Houthi Attempts Targeting Abha Airport in Saudi Arabia

Islamabad, Pakistan strongly condemned the attempts of Houthi militia targeting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's territory with ballistic missiles and booby-trapped drones, citing the recent attempt on Abha International Airport, resulting in a number of casualties among innocent civilians.

A statement issued by the Pakistani foreign ministry said today that Pakistan wishes the injured a speedy recovery, condemns and denounces such attacks, describing them a violation of international law that threatens the security and safety of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the region as a whole.

The statement added that Pakistan reaffirms its full support for and solidarity with the Kingdom against any threat to its sovereignty and territorial integrity.
