KSrelief Distributes 3,000 Food Baskets in Baidoa, Somalia, in Response to Drought

Mogadishu-- King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) on Friday distributed 3,000 food baskets in Baidoa, Somalia, in response to drought, benefiting 18,000.

Director General of Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Disaster Management in SouthWest State of Somalia expressed thanks and appreciation to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, for the permanent support for the people in the Republic of Somalia in light of these current conditions that the Somali people are going through.

The food aid being provided for the affected people in Somalia benefits 254,184 people in most of the Somali regions.

This aid comes as part of the relief and humanitarian efforts provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by the KSrelief, to alleviate the suffering of the Somali people and meet their basic food needs.
