KSrelief concludes a volunteer program to combat blindness in Bangladesh with 668 surgeries

Dhaka, King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) concluded today a voluntary medical program to combat blindness and its diseases in Bangladesh, within the “Noor Saudi Arabia” volunteer program, which was implemented during the period from 4 to 12 August 2022, in cooperation with Al Basar International Foundation.

Since the campaign started, the center's volunteer medical team has medically examined 10,310 cases, performed 668 cataract surgeries, and distributed 1,716 glasses.

This campaign is an extension of the center’s projects aimed at combating blindness targeting families with low incomes in several countries.
