Jeddah: Minister of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif Al Alsheikh received Kosovo’s Grand Mufti and Head of the Islamic Community Sheikh Naim Ternava and his accompanying delegation in his office today. The meeting marked an important occasion for discussions on Islamic affairs and the enhancement of cooperation between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Kosovo.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the discussions between Sheikh Dr. Al Alsheikh and Sheikh Naim Ternava focused on topics of mutual interest, with a special emphasis on advancing collaboration in various Islamic fields. Both leaders highlighted the significance of their ongoing partnership and shared aspirations for future initiatives.

Sheikh Dr. Al Alsheikh lauded the efforts of Saudi Arabia’s leadership in serving Islam and Muslims globally. He emphasized the Kingdom’s commitment to supporting the Two Holy Mosques and facilitating the journey of pilgrims and Umrah performers. Furthermore, he underscored the importance of promoting moderation and tolerance within the Islamic community.

Sheikh Naim Ternava expressed his gratitude towards the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its leadership for their continuous support to the people of Kosovo. He acknowledged the historical assistance provided by the Kingdom and commended the remarkable development and prosperity it has achieved across various sectors.
