Riyadh: Acting Vice Minister of Interior Prince Dr. Abdulaziz bin Mohammed bin Ayyaf on Monday inaugurated the 7th edition of Intersec Saudi Arabia, held at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center. The event is held under the patronage of Minister of Interior Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz and supervised by the General Directorate of Civil Defense, running until October 1.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Intersec Saudi Arabia 2025 provides a platform to highlight the Kingdom’s efforts and investments in the security and safety fields. It highlights the latest trends and innovative solutions in information security, as well as advanced fire detection and suppression technologies, while fostering engagement with service providers and facilitating the exchange of best practices.

The event will cover key sectors including commercial and perimeter security, cybersecurity, firefighting and rescue, health and safety, and artificial intelligence in predictive security solutions
for smart cities. It features the participation of around 400 exhibitors from more than 30 countries, representing over 500 global brands offering the latest products and services in these fields, all contributing to a safer and more sustainable future.
