Mina, The Ministry of Health, represented by SEHA Virtual Hospital, has clarified the availability of instant virtual medical consultation services to pilgrims during the Hajj season 1445 AH. These services are available 24 hours a day and can be accessed through the "Sehhaty" application or platform X or by calling the unified number 937. This service is designed to ensure that pilgrims can obtain reliable and necessary medical consultations at any time and from any location while performing Hajj. According to the Ministry of Health, medical consultations are accessible in six languages: Arabic, English, French, Turkish, Farsi, and Urdu. Pilgrims can register via "Sehhaty" with their border number and receive immediate audio, written, or visual medical consultation. Additionally, they can attach files, discuss the results of radiology and analyses, and obtain an electronic prescription. This service is in accordance with the Ministry of Health's dedication to delivering integrated and innovative health car e to pilgrims and guaranteeing that the Hajj journey is completed in a straightforward and reassuring manner.
