Diriyah Company Participates in Inaugural PIF Private Sector Partnership Forum

Diriyah Company participated in the first annual PIF Private Sector Partnership Forum which took place at the Four Seasons Hotel – Riyadh from 14-15 March. The forum brought together potential investors and suppliers, decision makers, and notable members of Saudi Arabia’s business community.

The forum showcased the Public Investment Fund (PIF) and its portfolio companies’ many promising local private-sector business opportunities. Ultimately, it aims to serve as a premier networking and knowledge exchange platform that fosters greater public-private partnership and cooperation in the years to come.

More than 4,000 private sector company attendees and over 100 C-suite representatives from both the public and private sectors participated in the Forum, as well as 50+ exhibitors promoting PIF portfolio companies. A range of dedicated workshops were also held to help shed light on potential investor and supplier opportunities during the event.

Jerry Inzerillo, CEO of Diriyah Company, spoke at the forum as part of “The Opportunity in Giga Projects and Real Estate Infrastructure” panel, where he highlighted the Diriyah project’s progress, the strong focus it has placed on delivering value to the Kingdom’s economy and to bolstering both existing and future public-private sector partnerships for the benefit of Saudi Arabia’s development plans.

Moderated by Lucien Zeigler, Research Director – Saudi-U.S. Trade Group and Director for MENA at Pilatus Capital and featuring Mohammed Alsudairy, Portfolio manager for real estate investments at the PIF, Ahmad AlJuhani, CEO – Rua Al Madinah, and Gautam Sashittal, CEO – KAFD, the panel explored the private sector’s growing role in PIF’s giga-project development strategy.

Inzerillo expressed his pleasure in participating in the forum, reaffirming Diriyah's readiness to work with all interested investment sector players looking to explore the Diriyah project’s many promising opportunities. The Company looks forward to collaborating on key development efforts in the coming years.
