Riyadh-- The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a cable of congratulation to President Mohamed Ould Ghazouani of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania on the anniversary of his country's Independence Day.
