Washington Expresses Concerns about Iran’s Behavior

Washington, US State Department spokesman Ned Price stressed that the United States has deep disagreements and concerns when it comes to Iran's behavior.

Addressing Iran in his daily briefing here today, Price said that it should realize that 'we will not hesitate to hold it accountable for its violations of human rights, its ballistic missile program, support for terrorism and proxies in the region'.

There is nothing in the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action that states that the United States or any other country around the world cannot impose sanctions to hold Iran accountable for other areas of its malign behavior and influence, he added.
