Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to Lead the Kingdom’s Delegation to Leaders Summit on Climate

Riyadh, In response to invitation from President Joseph Biden of the United States of America, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud will lead the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's high level delegation to "Leaders Summit on Climate", which will be launched virtually today in presence of 40 world leaders.

The two-day summit is an extension of the global efforts to address challenges of the climate change and mitigate its effects.

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' participation affirms the Kingdom's pioneering role at the global, regional and local levels in addressing the climate change in addition to its efforts in this field, particularly HRH the Crown Prince's recent announcement regarding the Saudi and Middle East Green Initiatives.
