Foreign Ministers of Egypt, Jordan and Iraq, Hold Meeting in Cairo

Cairo, The foreign ministers of Egypt, Jordan and Iraq held a tripartite meeting here today to prepare the agenda for the Arab foreign ministers extraordinary meeting scheduled to take place later here today, it was reported today.
Following the meeting, the spokesman of the Egyptian Foreign Ministry Ahmed Hafez, stated that the meeting discussed the latest developments in the region, citing the Palestinian cause, the peace process, the situations in Syria, Yemen and Libya, and the importance of reaching political solutions to the conflicts that these countries suffer from.
He added that the ministers also agreed to strengthen joint efforts to combat terrorism and preserve the security and stability of the region.
