Sudan ministry of finance and US export-import bank sign MoU on US to finance investments in Sudan amounting to $ 1 b

Khartoum, The ministry of finance of The Sudan today signed a memorandum of understanding with the Export-Import bank of the United States of America (EXIM) to provide support for US exports and investments in Sudan amounting to one billion US dollar.
Dr. Hiba Mohammed Ali, acting minister of finance of The Sudan, signed for her country while Dr. Kimberly A. Reed signed on behalf of her organization.
Kimberly said the deal allows Sudan government to get EXIM finance including loans, guarantees and insurance to finance US. Exports to Sudan.
