Saudi Hospital Obtains HACCP Certification

Muhayil, Saudi Arabia,  Dhahran Al-Janoub Hospital, represented by the Nutrition Department, obtained the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) certification.
The priorities of HACCP are to control production process, reduce resulting hazards and ensure the safety of food against various types of contaminants, such as microbiological, physical and chemical contaminants, through a system that enhances the public hygiene.
