KSA National CyberSecurity Authority Conducts Cyber-Technical Exercise for Govt., Vital Entities

Riyadh, In collaboration with Cisco, the National CyberSecurity Authority of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) carried out a 3-day cyberspace technical training exercise here, under the motto: Cyber Range, with participation of specialists, in cybersecurity from government and vital agencies, in the Kingdom.

The exercise included training in a virtual environment according to a number of different scenarios for the practical application of the detection of gaps, and the treatment of them, and protection from cyber-attacks, as well as a cyber-maneuver, where the trainees divided into two teams, one for attack and the other to respond to incidents and repel attacks.

Cyber exercise, recently conducted, falls within the framework of the Authority's efforts to enhance complementarity and cooperation with all national sectors and agencies, to raise the level of preparedness, to build specialized national capacities and to develop skills, in the areas of cybersecurity.
