Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Condoles Bangladesh’s President on Victims of Dhaka Fire

Riyadh, The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a cable of condolences to President Mohammad Abdul Hamid of the People's Republic of Bangladesh as a fire ripped through buildings in a historic district of Bangladesh's capital, Dhaka, resulting in deaths and injuries.

In his cable, the King said: "We have learned of the news of the blaze took hold in the Chawkbazar area in Dhaka and resulted in a considerable number of deaths and injuries. In my own name and on behalf of the government and people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, We express our sincere condolences to Your Excellency, the families of victims and the people of People's Republic of Bangladesh, wishing the wounded a speedy recovery."
