"I was honored to meet His Excellency, the President of Pakistan and I thank His Excellency for his appreciation by decorating me with the highest medal of the Republic.

The brotherly relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Pakistan are based on the principle of Islamic solidarity, and they are a model for other nations, as the relations dated back to 67 years in which they have been developed steadily and benefited both countries.

The founding fathers of the two countries established these relations on the basis of honesty, mutual understanding and respect, which dated back to early days of Pakistan's foundation in the wake of World War II.

The Kingdom was one of the first countries to recognize Pakistan immediately after its declaration of independence, as most of the Kingdom's kings have visited Pakistan and most of Pakistan's leaders have visited the Kingdom.

Pakistani brothers have participated sincerely and effectively in the huge development process witnessed in the Kingdom, especially the huge expansion of the Grand Holy Mosque and the Prophet's Holy Mosque, where there are more than two million Pakistanis working in the Kingdom and contribute their share in the development project in the Kingdom and Pakistan.

I wish the President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan all success in the service of his people and country".
