In the light of this, the Joint Incident Assessment Team found that the coalition forces were not responsible for what was reported in the second report on the work of the Yemeni National Committee on targeting a house in that area.

In the case 79, which relates to what was reported in some media, an air strike took place near the courthouse in the district of Camp al-Saeira, in the Directorate of Mugbanah on 18/05/2017, killing 16 and injuring several people.

Al-Mansour stated that the joint incident assessment team verified the incident and after reviewing all documents, including the procedures and rules of engagement, the schedule of daily tasks, the satellite images, and the evidence assessment, proved that on 18/ 05/2017 that there was no air mission of coalition forces in the directorate of Mugbanah and that the nearest site that was targeted by the Allied Air Force located 64 kilometers north of the Directorate of Mugbanah.

The team also reviewed satellite images of the alleged site on 21/07/2017 and found that there were no aerial destruction in the vicinity of the court building.

In the light of this, the Joint Incident Assessment Team found that some media reports did not correct the news that the coalition air forces did not target a site near the (Court Building) in the district of Camp al-Saeira, in the Mugbanah district of Taiz governorate.
