The Batroun International Festival's committee organized the fourth edition of its Beer, Wine & Seafood Festival, as part of its 2018 summer program, at the city's seaport on Monday, with the participation of a panel of dignitaries, among whom Caretaker Tourism Minister Avedis Guidanian.
In his word, Guidanian indicated that Lebanon was ahead of a promising summer season, especially that the security situation was well-composed and the new government about to be formed.
"The security condition is composed; and I believe that soon enough, we will be able to form the government and celebrate the best of Lebanon's summers," he said, expecting tourists from the Gulf, America and Europe, in addition to the Lebanese expats willing to visit their country.
"The scene at Beirut airport signals a promising tourist season," he added.
It is to note that Caretaker Foreign Minister, Gebran Bassil, joined the event upon his arrival to Lebanon from abroad.
